Hey, I’m Dani.

My goal is to bring yoga to you, to build a community that is down-to-earth and focused on what it ‘feels’ like to make healthy choices, not just what it looks like.

My path into health and wellness began after my first pregnancy. I found power yoga at a brewery! I enjoyed taking an occasional class and eventually found my way into the studio. I fell in love with the opportunity yoga provided to build strength on and off my mat and decided to enroll in a teacher training program.

After the first weekend of training, I found out I was pregnant with baby #2. I was elated and also unsure of how my practice would change throughout my pregnancy. I was surrounded by supportive teachers and mentors who gave me space to do what I felt was right. I think so often yoga can become a “do what you see” but during my teacher training I had to “do what I felt” and that has become a large part of how I teach today.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to share the benefits of yoga and the power of possibility when we simply show up…and make some moves!
